 Tire Theft: Berg Motor Co.

The Midland Police Department in Midland, Texas is in need of your assistance. Since December 2007, there have been 15 vehicle burglaries where vehicle rims, tires, spoilers, and front and rear bumpers have been stolen from vehicle parked at auto dealerships. On July 31, 2008, Berg Motor Company located at 3207 W. Wall Street had a set of tires stolen from a 2008 GMC Sierra 4x4 truck. Surveillance video revealed a pewter in color single cab truck (Possibly Chevrolet) with nice rims occupied by two males (Possibly Hispanic) enter the parking lot and remove the tires from the truck. Since the surveillance video donít have a time stamp, we donít know what time the suspects stole the tires. The last theft occurred on September 30, 2008 at All American Chevrolet. The suspects were able to remove one tire before they were ran off by a citizen.
